Frequently Asked Questions
Everything starts with a quote, because the price depends on the product, the quantity and the type of print. Get in touch with what you have in mind and you'll be put with a dedicated business manager, a real person who'll talk it through, suggest the right product and print method, and put a quote together. Once you're happy, we produce a proof for you to approve, and only then do we print. You deal with the same person throughout, not a different department each time.
Most orders are paid by bank transfer. We'll send you an invoice once your order is confirmed, payable within 30 days.
Turnaround depends on the product, the print method and the quantity, so it varies from one order to the next. Once we know exactly what you need, your business manager will give you a realistic timeframe before you commit, including delivery. If you're working to a deadline, tell us early and we'll do everything we can to hit it.
Yes. We're based in Bristol and deliver across the UK as standard, and we can arrange international delivery too. If your order needs to go abroad, just let your business manager know where it's heading and they'll sort the details and costs with you.
It depends on the product and the print method. Some items work from small quantities, others are more cost-effective in larger runs, and a few have a minimum set by the manufacturer. The easiest thing is to tell your business manager what you're after and they'll let you know the options. We'd always rather find something that works for your numbers than turn you away.
Often, yes. Many products and print methods work out cheaper per item the more you order, so if you're weighing up quantities, it's worth asking your business manager about price breaks. We'll always be straight with you about where the savings are.
We print onto a huge range of promotional items, from office bits and drinkware to clothing and bags. We also handle paper printing, things like flyers, posters and packaging. If you've got something specific in mind, just ask, the range is broad.
Yes, you're more than welcome to. In fact we'd encourage ordering a sample of the plain product first, so you can check it before committing to a full print run.
Samples are available, though they cover the product only, without any print. You can order one through our team for a small fee, and if you go on to place an order, we'll look to refund that cost. Before any print run we'll also provide a proof, so you can see how your design will sit on the product first.
For the best results we like to work from a vector file of your logo or design, such as an AI, EPS, PDF, because it stays sharp at any size. If you only have a PNG or JPEG, send it over anyway and we'll take a look, a high-resolution version is usually fine. Not sure what you've got? Send us whatever you have and we'll tell you if it'll work or what we need.
Absolutely. You don't need finished artwork to get started. Send us your logo, or even just an idea, and we'll help you get it print-ready and show you how it'll look on the product before you commit to anything.
You can easily contact our customer support team by visiting our Contact page. Our dedicated customer support team is available to assist you with any questions or concerns.
In rare cases, even with a strict quality control process in place, an order can arrive damaged or incomplete. We take our commitments very seriously, so if this happens, please report it to our team directly so we can investigate and take the proper action.
Please take clear photos of all damaged products and send them to us with your order details. The more we can see, the faster we can sort it out.
If you're not happy with the print, please contact our team and describe the issue.
Because our products are custom made for you, we're only able to formally review complaints where there's a genuine defect. We can't treat a result you're simply not keen on as a fault when the print matches the proof you approved. That said, please do still get in touch, because we'll always look for alternative avenues to help put things right.
It's also worth knowing that product proofs are not a 100% accurate representation of the final print. They give you a good insight into how your design will look on the product, rather than an exact match. Once you approve the final proof, your order is sent straight to our factories and cannot be cancelled, so please make sure you're completely satisfied before approving it.
