We're looking for self-motivated people to join us as Business Managers. Your job is to find businesses who need branded merchandise and win their orders. You'll build your own portfolio of clients and earn commission on every sale you bring in.
To be completely upfront, this is a self-employed, commission-only role. There's no basic salary, you earn from what you sell, but the commission is generous, your earnings are uncapped, and you work entirely on your own schedule. There's no expectation to work full-time hours either, so the ball is in your court.
It's a good way to build sales experience or simply earn flexibly around other commitments.

Reaching out to businesses by phone, email and through your own network
Introducing them to Atlas and what we can do for them
Understanding what they need and putting them in touch with us for a quote
Building and looking after your own portfolio of clients
Following up and turning enquiries into orders
What we're looking for
A confident, genuine communicator who enjoys talking to people
Self-motivated and happy to work independently
Comfortable picking up the phone and reaching out to new businesses
Honest and reliable, because we care about how our clients are treated
Sales experience is welcome but not essential, we'll give you everything you need to get started
Your own network of business contacts is a real bonus
